Currently booking 2026 & 2027 Wedding Management! You've done all the planning, let us make it all come to life and run smoothly!
- Wedding Coordination can only be booked after a venue and date is set.
- Officiant Services are offered for VA clients only. Only available for weekday weddings, signing services or as an add-on to Coordination clients.
- Wedding officiating can be available on weekends on dates within 60 days of wedding.

A call to see if we vibe
An initial consultation via phone call or Zoom with Meghan. Coordination can only be booked once you have a venue and a date.
- From the day you book
Unlimited email and calls
We don't limit our communication at all. You get the curated vendor list, the welcome guide, the FAQ and FYI, the alcohol quantity list, marriage license information and the wedding worksheet.
- If we have not been there
A venue tour
We tour your venue so we are familiar with the space and the staff before your day, not on it.
- 30 to 45 days out
Final logistics meeting
At your venue, with your caterer and venue rep. We build the timeline and go through floor plans, menu, linens and decor so every big player is on the same page.
- After you approve
Your vendors get the plan
The final planning documents go to your entire vendor team, so everyone knows how the day will look and run before they arrive.
- Wedding morning
Setup
Your Day of Coordinator sets up your labeled, pre-assembled decor: welcome table, seating chart, centerpieces, place cards, memory table, signage, favors.
- All day
Vendor check-in, crowd control, chaos control
We check vendors in, run the timeline, troubleshoot and control all chaos so you can enjoy the day.
- End of the night
Pack-out
Your DOC packs up all of your decor, food, leftover alcohol and gifts and gets it to the family member designated to take it home. Boom we're married and happy!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Meghan! She was the day-of coordinator for our 80-person wedding at Airlie in Warrenton VA and she did an amazing job!
Meghan was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She took our newb planning brains and created magic with them. Also, it was a windy day on our wedding day and our seating chart shattered. But did I know about it? Nope! Because Meghan went out of her way to make sure a new one was delivered before I could even notice.

I'm Meghan Farrar - makes a little more sense seeing my last name now with my company name. I can spell, I just like a pun! I've been in the wedding industry since 2018 and started FAE in 2019.
I like to let my reviews speak for themselves, but I believe in honesty, reliability and responsive communication. I treat all clients as if they were my friends. Our emails are like texts, giving you the answers you need immediately. I will be straight forward in what you do and don't need for your big day, especially if we're staying on a budget!
