The title Google prints says “United States”
Wedding Coordinator | Farrever After Events | United States
That is the Wix default location suffix, never changed. It is the blue headline on the search result, and it is the one line of this whole page that can be checked in ten seconds by googling the business.
Why it matters. Nobody searches for a wedding coordinator in the United States. They search Northern Virginia, Alexandria, DMV. Not one of those words appears in any title or description on the current site.

Most of the five-star reviews are pictures of reviews
Eight couples written out in full, the rest posted as screenshots
The testimonials page tells eight stories in real text and publishes the rest of the praise as screenshots of The Knot and WeddingWire. To a search engine and to a screen reader a screenshot is a blank rectangle: the words inside it are pixels.
Why it matters. The eight that are written out are doing work for the business. The rest are not, and there are a lot more of them. All 71 are transcribed on the rebuild, word for word, typos included.

Six of seven pages have no H1
About is the only page with one, and it reads “Founder / Lead Coordinator”
The heading that tells a search engine what a page is about is missing from the home page, the coordination page, services, testimonials, gallery and contact.
Why it matters. Six pages are competing for wedding searches with no statement of what they are about.

Six of seven pages have no description either
Only the home page has a meta description
For every other page Google writes its own snippet out of whatever text it finds first, which on these pages is the navigation menu.
Why it matters. The sentence under the blue link in a search result is the advertisement. Right now six of them are being written by a robot.

The phone number is not tappable on a computer
No tel: link anywhere on the desktop site
The mobile action bar has call, email, Facebook and chat, and it works. On a laptop there is no clickable number at all, and on the contact page it is typed 703 - 283 - 9827, with spaces, which stops phones auto-detecting it too.
Why it matters. Couples plan weddings on laptops at work.

Fourteen awards and 170 reviews, none of it machine readable
{“@type”: “WebSite”}
That single line is the entire structured data on the site. There is no LocalBusiness, no service area, no price, no rating.
Why it matters. This is what fills in the rich result under a search listing and what an AI assistant reads when somebody asks it for a wedding coordinator in Alexandria. Right now it has nothing to read.

The awards are hidden on inside pages
Six The Knot Best of Weddings years, the Hall of Fame, five WeddingWire years
All fourteen badges sit in the footer of interior pages. The home page hero carries a logo and no headline, no value proposition and no call to action.
Why it matters. Six consecutive years of Best of Weddings is the argument. It should not be something a visitor has to scroll an inside page to find.

The contact form asks in prose for what it should ask in fields
“Don’t forget to mention your wedding date and venue!”
The form collects name, email, subject, message and how they found you. The date and the venue, which decide whether a booking is even possible, are an instruction in the paragraph above it.
Why it matters. Coordination cannot be booked without a venue and a date. Those two fields decide every inquiry and neither one is a field.
