Wedding Coordination can only be booked after a venue and date is set. If you do not have those yet, a Power Hour with a Pro is the right place to start.

An initial consultation with Meghan, the curated vendor list, a venue tour if we have not been there before, planning documents including a welcome guide, FAQ and FYI, alcohol quantity list, marriage license information and wedding worksheet, unlimited email and calls from booking until wedding day, and a final logistics meeting at your venue 30 to 45 days out.

Yes. Your Day of Coordinator sets up client-provided decor, which must be labeled and pre-assembled, and at the end of the night packs up your decor, food, leftover alcohol and gifts and gets it to the family member designated to take it home. Backdrops and draping are not included.

Rehearsals are not guaranteed due to scheduling and can only be confirmed at the final logistics meeting 30 days out. Additional fees may apply to any rehearsal outside of a mileage radius.

Meghan is an ordained civil celebrant and offers officiating for Virginia clients only. For non-coordination clients that means weekday weddings or a drop-off signing service; full weekend officiating is available to non-coordination clients only within 60 days of the wedding date. She can also make your marriage legal through a signing service so a loved one can perform your ceremony with no legal issues.

Virginia does not recognize any Universal Life Church online ordainments. To perform a ceremony in Virginia a person must be a Virginia resident, petition the Court for approval and pay a filing fee, pay a $500 bond, and return the marriage license within 5 days of the wedding to get the $500 back.
